The Institute of Financial Studies, in partnership with PRBAR, is organizing the 4th edition of the Insurance School on Wednesday, September 22, 2021. This traditional event is especially aimed at regulated professions within the insurance sector, including insurance and reinsurance distribution, but it is also valuable for other interested individuals, offering sessions with added value for participants.
The practical workshop on Remote Communication and Leadership, organized in Mamaia at Hotel Iaki, aims to address topics related to coordinating and communicating objectives within and between teams, persuasion and influence strategies, as well as adaptation and resilience in the new normal, in an interactive manner.
This year’s edition of the Insurance School is supported by Alin Comsa, founder of the training company All in Trust Attitude. A specialist in public relations and communication, Alin is passionate about all aspects of education and learning. He brings over 25 years of business experience in insurance and banking to his training sessions. With practical experience in sales and team management, Alin incorporates information from various fields into his courses—negotiation, literature, art and culture, NLP, communication, emotional intelligence, history, leadership, and philosophy. His creative and unique presentations are designed to ensure that the information delivered is easily applicable both professionally and personally.
