The Institute of Financial Studies awarded, in its capacity as a Partner of the Scientific Communication Session, three papers by the students of the "1 December" University of Alba Iulia that received the highest scores for topics related to non-banking financial markets.
Held on May 18, 2022, the scientific communication session was dedicated to students from the undergraduate and master's degree programs at the "1 December" University of Alba Iulia.
A total of 38 papers were submitted.
The winning papers were:
First Prize – 1500 lei for the paper “Is progressive taxation better for human development?” written by MAN MARCUS RADU;
Second Prize – 1000 lei for the paper: “The role of sustainability reporting and integrated reporting in the economy of organizations,” written by CRIȘAN ELENA DANIELA;
Third Prize – 500 lei for the paper “Analysis of the implications regarding the trading of Cryptocurrencies,” written by MATEȘ ADELIN-NICOLAE.
