The fourth edition of the Start2Learn: Personal Finance project, aimed at high school students in the 11th grade, during the spring of the 2023-2024 school year, organized by the Financial Supervisory Authority and the Institute of Financial Studies, concluded on June 6, 2024. The project provided the basic concepts needed for students to start planning their financial goals and to help them lay the foundation for a healthy financial life. The trainers, specialists from the banking and non-banking financial sectors, covered four topics during the course sessions:

  • Money and Banks
  • The Insurance Market
  • The Capital Market
  • The Private Pension Market

In this fourth edition, the number of participants reached 671 students, 31 trainers, and 80 sessions organized in 17 partner high schools across 9 counties, as follows:

  • Mihail Kogălniceanu National College, Galați
  • Dunărea Theoretical High School, Galați
  • Mihai Eminescu National College, Suceava
  • Ștefan cel Mare National College, Suceava
  • Constantin Cantacuzino National Pedagogical College, Târgoviște

The fifth edition of the project will take place in the fall of 2024.
